My motto? Flexibility is the key.

I launched FTL Virtual Support in 2022 after 17 years in financial services, where I built a strong foundation in PA support, business operations and client service. With a BA (Hons) in Business and a Diploma in Digital Marketing, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — the perfect mix for busy business owners who need reliable, proactive support.

I love being a Virtual Assistant because no two days are the same. My corporate background means I bring structure, efficiency and attention to detail — while my entrepreneurial journey means I truly understand the pressures of running a business. Whether it’s inbox and diary management, social media, email marketing or project support, I help simplify the overwhelm so you can focus on what you do best.

Outside of work, I’m mum to three children and three very opinionated cats. You’ll usually find me on a yoga mat, out running in the fresh air, or enjoying time in nature. I’m a big believer that movement clears the mind — and that balance is just as important as productivity. I also love to travel and explore new places whenever I can.
